Since January 1, 2023, I have been managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) for Suncity Polyclinic, a leading healthcare provider in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My role involves setting up and optimizing GTM containers to streamline the implementation of various tracking codes across the clinic's website. By configuring tags, triggers, and variables, I ensure accurate tracking of key events, such as patient form submissions and appointment bookings. This setup allows for real-time data collection and seamless integration with other tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads, providing the clinic with a robust, data-driven strategy to enhance patient engagement and improve ROI.
