About this project

Since January 1, 2023, I have been managing Google Analytics for Suncity Polyclinic, a leading healthcare provider in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My role involves planning, setting up, and optimizing tracking strategies to monitor and analyze patient engagement, website traffic, and clinic appointment conversions. I leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) and custom reporting within Google Analytics to provide actionable insights, ensuring data-driven decisions that improve patient acquisition. By implementing event tracking, goal setups, and custom dashboards, I help the clinic measure the effectiveness of their digital presence and optimize the user journey for maximum ROI.
